Marybeth has been a valuable member of Wendy Griffis Group since 2005, starting as a coordinator, assisting in many capacities. As our team grew, she was promoted to Transaction Manager, handling all buyer and seller transactions from contract to close, as well as marketing/projects and planning events throughout the year for client appreciation parties. Marybeth has an eye for detail, and knows how to “juggle” the many intricacies of “what ifs” and “how tos” during a real estate transaction. She also has a deep care for our clients – many whom she doesn’t meet until we have a client party; but always makes sure our clients know we are here as their advocate during the process, and here to help things go smoothly. She is invaluable to our team for keeping our clients up to date, and the contracts proceeding seemingly effortlessly.
