RELATIONSIHPS ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN TRANSACTIONS

Working by referral is about strengthening relationships over the long term. When in need of a service, we look for someone to trust and rely on - someone who comes highly recommended and is willing to go the extra mile to help us achieve our goals.

 

My primary source of new business is referrals from people who already know and respect me. Since I don't have to spend excessive amounts of time prospecting and promoting myself, I can focus my time and resources on the tasks that benefit you most, and always deliver truly exceptional service.

I want to earn your confidence and your referrals by going above and beyond what is expected. My goal is that you will be so impressed that you can't wait to tell your friends and family about me and the fantastic service you received.

 

I have a vested interest in making sure everyone I serve is completely satisfied at the end of our transaction together. All I ask is that while I'm working for you, I would like you to refer me to great people like yourself, who appreciate the level of service I provide. As long as you and my other clients continue referring me, I don't have to go out prospecting like everyone else, and I can do an even better job working for you.

SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND

At times, the real estate industry has taken a transactional approach to sales. Agents have been encouraged to identify clients, serve them, close the deal and then go on to find the next. Cold calling and door-knocking have been dominant methods of prospecting the industry. However, these practices do not fit my personal philosophy of how to treat people. I believe that in today's marketplace people expect and deserve a higher level of contact and connection with their real estate professional, which is why I work by referral.

 

Many peoples' biggest fear is that communication with their service professional will end once the deal has closed. After your transaction is complete, you can expect to hear from me regularly as I continue to provide relevant items of value to you and your family.

 

In addition, there are a number of ways I can help, such as researching your home's current value, or suggesting improvements that will enhance its resale potential. And when you have a need for a particular trade or service, I know many reliable professionals that I am happy to recommend.  If there is ever something that I can do for you, please feel free to ask!

That might sound a little unrealistic....and of course, nobody is "perfect". But, you should know that it is our business philosophy to provide each customer with an experience so that they can easily say, "I am 100% Satisfied".

 

My customer satisfaction rating is 100%, and it is my personal commitment to maintain that level with each and every customer I work with. Why is this important to you? First, knowing that your agent not only is committed to excellent service, but actually performs to that commitment level, is key. Second, you have a VOICE during and after your dealings with me. If at any time you are not 100% satisfied, we ask that you let us know, so that I can meet and exceed your expectations, because that rating is important to us. Lastly, you have PROVEN results from past customers to rely on. Having the ability to know what others are saying about your agent will give you more confidence that what is being said is true.
